Coach Pall's College Career began at Division I Quinnipiac University, and then Transferred to Division I Hofstra University, while attending and playing ball at Quinnipiac University Coach Pall was an Inside Lacrosse First Team Division I All American, leading the Nation in Winning Face-off Percentage. While attending Hofstra University Coach Pall was one half of the duo Nationally ranked 3rd in the nation for Face-Off Percentage as well as playing Midfield.

Coach Pall enjoys teaching the fundamentals of the game from the inside out to his players and students of all ages. His innate ability to connect to the players is equal to none for he knows the game from the players side better then anyone on the highest and most elite level, He knows the importance of the abilty to connect to the players on all levels to get through to them with compassion and respect both ways. When Coach Pall is working with players there is no other way other then the right way, treating players as part of the process through input and communication is essential to him and his success with the players. He believes being approachable and open to the players produces strong healthy relationships especially when teaching in such a new area. He has observed more then once in his lacrosse career the Coach that is just not the person to be a coach, especially to children, if it is always a yelling match, no one listens and no one succeeds. It is obvious how fast a player can be turned off by an out of control coach, turning a player off is the last thing Coach Pall ever wants for any player, anywhere.

So, Coach Pall takes a different approach in the way he chooses to teach his players. Be assured Coach Pall has the Knowledge, Ability, Strength, Focus,  Desire for Success for the players both individually and as a team member to produce the Ultimate Product, Winners. With his no nonsense approach that lends itself to teaching by total connection to his players and their needs, their strengths and weaknesses and the ability to commune them together into well oiled Lacrosse Machines with the objective of Success on all levels is surpassed by none.

Remember, To Accomplish does not mean it has to be painful, it means hard work, with positive results. When the element of fun and respect for all is injected into the process, the outcome is Priceless. Coach Pall's ability to watch, listen and hear creates the perfect setting for all players to reach their ultimate goals as players.  Coach Pall believes in the power of positive rather then negative communication skills with young players trying to excel and accomplish their goals, it is the only way to find success for them. If a player really wants to be there and really wants to improve, then harsh ways are not necessary. Respect truly leads to the ultimate success all around, it is the key ingredient to anything worth doing.
